What we’re looking for:
· Dynamic, outgoing, and personable team members
· Supervisory experience
· High school diploma and two to three years of related experience
· Open availability to work weekends
· Safely and legally operate an automobile and golf cart
· Current driver’s license with minimal violations is required.

- Responsible for all community operations: manage staff and all aspects of employment. Monitor and enforce all policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets.
- Effectively communicate to our current and future residents: Investigate and resolve resident complaints concerning the community on a regular basis
