Compensation: $90,000 - 120,000 (DOE) bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance & Budgets: Prepare and track annual budgets, analyze costs, and ensure compliance.
- Accounts Payable: Partner with the operations team for timely payments and resolve vendor issues.
- Fixed Assets: Maintain asset registers, coordinate disposals, and support audits.
- Inventory: Conduct inventory analysis, reconciliation, and physical verification.
- Accounts Receivables: Follow up on payments and prepare aging and sales schedules.
- Reporting: Monitor plant expenditures, prepare performance reports, and support financial statement finalization.
- SAP Activities: Ensure smooth SAP processes and support IT configurations.
- Audits: Support statutory and internal audits with minimal observations.
Challenges and Opportunities:
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
- Manage fixed asset capitalization and depreciation.
- Control inventory accruals and physical counts.
- Navigate different time zones and working cultures.
Who We're Looking For:
- Education & Experience: Master's degree in finance with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable and fixed assets.
- Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multi-cultural teams and reconcile transactions.
