About the Role
The Cabinet and Contract Specialist is a critical team member responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in cabinet design layouts, client agreements, and ordering processes. You’ll work closely with our sales, design, and operations teams to deliver exceptional client results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers and sales consultants to create precise cabinet layouts and designs.
- Help prepare customer agreements for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate and place accurate cabinet orders with vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare trade partner packages, including scope of work and any needed drawings.
- Maintain organized records and track the progress of the project agreement process.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within the design, cabinetry, or remodeling industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD design software like 20/20, Microsoft Excel, Builder Trend, and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to reviewing and managing designs, agreements, and orders.
- Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with team members and vendors effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
