Job Summary:
We are hiring a Print Lab Operator to join our Research & Development team for a 12-month contract. The role involves operating and maintaining digital printers in a lab environment. The candidate will perform routine maintenance, handle supplies, assist engineers, and ensure lab cleanliness. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
Shift Timings 2:30 pm- 11:00 pm (M-F) Required position characteristics: Punctual, Attentive, Self-motivated, Detail oriented, mechanically inclined, Desire to learn
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain high-speed digital printers (ink-jet and electro-photographic).
- Perform routine tasks such as paper loading, ink cartridge replacement, and equipment cleaning.
- Assist engineers with lab configurations and manage ink, paper, and other supplies.
- Conduct simple printer repairs and perform post-processing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented.
- Punctual, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to follow established procedures and instructions.
- Strong organizational skills for managing lab supplies and equipment.
