Who you are:
As a UX designer you have a passion for human-centered design, interaction design, and visual design. Your goal is to create meaningful experiences for the users of our products. You thrive on cross-collaboration and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, including developers and product managers. You love solving complex problems and have a strong understanding of information architecture. You have a keen interest in learning about niche products and different technologies, which you believe helps you create truly innovative and impactful designs.
What youll do:
- Create engaging and delightful experiences across websites and digital products.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements and product goals.
- Maintain a cohesive design language and brand identity by ensuring consistent user experiences across various platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs by providing necessary design assets, specifications and guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies and design best practices, and proactively contribute ideas to enhance our products.
What you bring:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in UX Design
- Proficiency with Figma, XD or Zepplin
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with JIRA and working in an Agile environment is an asset
- Experience working with different stakeholders such as product managers and engineering teams
- Experience working cross-collaborative among different teams within an organization
- A portfolio of UX project work is an asset
