Role Summary: Our team seeks a licensed, driven Buyer Agent to convert a consistent flow of buyer leads into lifelong clients. Ideal candidates are service-oriented, ethical, and goal-driven.
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Real Estate License
- Experience: 1 year in real estate with at least 3 completed buy-side transactions
- Tech Proficiency: Skilled with CRMs and digital tools for lead management
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle for client meetings in the DuPage area
- Client Versatility: Comfortable working across a range of price points
