Income Collection : Maintain accurate records of rent, deposits, and application fees.Issue notices for late payments or other issues.Deposit all funds daily.Resident Relations : Maintain a positive customer service attitude.Inspect property, address service needs, and report maintenance issues.Assist with move-in / move-out inspections as needed.Marketing & Leasing : Assist with leasing, show properties, and handle inquiries from prospective and current residents.Work on lease renewals and maintain market awareness.Conduct weekly outreach marketing as assigned.Administrative : Update reports and ensure proper filing of documents.Process move-ins / outs and security deposits.Coordinate service requests with maintenance and follow up with residents.General : Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager or Property Supervisor.Qualifications : Minimum 1 year of property management experience.Basic computer knowledge.Work Hours : Full-time (40 hours / week), may include weekends or holidays. Overtime requires prior approval.Physical Requirements : Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the day.Frequent bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 20 lbs.Strong vision and hearing for communication and inspections.Driving Requirements : Occasional use of personal vehicle for property inspections and errands.Must have valid drivers license, insurance, and be able to operate a golf cart.Environment : Primarily indoor work with some outdoor exposure.Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals and outdoor elements.
