JOB SUMMARY:
The Audit Supervisor will be directly responsible for overseeing the Audit Specialists and will provide support and report to the Gaming Controller and Audit Manager.
This is a full-time, in office, salaried position.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Audit Supervisor will be directly responsible for overseeing the Audit Specialists and will provide support and report to the Gaming Controller and Audit Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for practicing, supporting, and always promoting the Company Service Standards.
- Learn and follow all federal and state regulations as well as departmental standard operating procedures and company policies.
- Supervise, train, and assist Auditors where and when needed including, perform audits in the event of staff shortages, vacations, call outs, etc.
- Organizes and maintains scheduling for Auditors as well as completing review of timesheets for submission to Payroll.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual MIC (Minimum Internal Control) requirements.
- Successfully completing month-end reports and month-end reconciliations.
- Performs reconciliations where and when necessary.
- Responsible for mail in pay reviews to appropriate personnel.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience within the gaming industry
- Casino operations or auditing experience preferred
- High School Diploma or the equivalent
- Accounting courses/degree in related field preferred
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- Requires reporting for work on time and flexibility of schedule including changing hours or days off to accommodate month end reconciliations, staff shortages, vacations, call outs, etc.
- Remembering details, using arithmetic, reading, examining & observing details
- Work can be in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy and smoke-filled environment
- Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Constant contact with fellow team members and guests
- Ability to climb, bend, reach, pull up to 35 pounds, walk and stand for the duration of the shift
- Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English
- Proficient math skills required, and must be able to efficiently operate a calculator
- Must be proficient in related gaming software as well as Microsoft applications, most importantly Microsoft Excel
- Experience in using Casino Insight software is highly desirable
