JOB SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support to the Risk/Labor Relations Manager, assist the operations in the understanding of policy and procedure and labor contact as it relates to individual situations, under the direction of Risk/Labor Relations Manager. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist with all compliance, inspection and proposed resolution for all Team Member conflict or situations needing mediation
- Ability to understand and apply regulatory requirements in relation to a positive, well ran working environment
- Ability to maintain records in accordance with policy and procedure
- Able to maintain objectivity during any investigation through the decision-making process
- Clearly present the company position during various union interactions, negotiations, and meetings
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Present company expectations regardless of personal views
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Must be flexible, detail oriented, able to prioritize and able to multi-task effectively
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential materials and information
- Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple distractions and meet timelines
- Ability to work in loud, crowded environment
- Flexibility in schedule
- Ability to complete any additional position related required training – such as OSHA 30
- One (1) year Human Resources experience preferred
- Some college preferred
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
- Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping.
- These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area.
- Constant contact with fellow Team Members
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
