Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Setup and Operation:
- Install, test, and operate audio, video, and lighting equipment for meetings, conferences, live events, and other productions.
- Ensure proper cabling, positioning, and configuration of equipment for optimal performance.
- Monitor and adjust sound and visual settings during events for clear and professional output.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance on AV equipment to ensure reliability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively, minimizing disruptions.
- Keep an inventory of equipment and report any damages or needs for replacements.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with event planners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- Must be 21 or older (mandatory)
- Must have previous experience in Audio Visual for 1 year or more
- Must have a flexible work schedule to include mornings, nights, weekend, and some holidays
- Familiarity with Outlook
