Location: This will be an onsite position. You will be required to work onsite 5 days per week at the client’s office in the Bentonville, Arkansas Area.
What will you be doing?
You will be working onsite with our Sam’s Club client team at our Rogers, Arkansas office 1-2 days a week, onsite at the Sam’s Club Bentonville Home Office ~two days a week, and virtual the rest of the time delivering analytical insights from vast datasets available in the Sam’s Club MADRID analytical environment. You will get to work with the most comprehensive, rich datasets in retail or manufacturing, including member data, supply chain data, syndicated POS data, eCommerce data, and shopper panel data.
Job Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Circana datasets, business measurement, and Circana Unify UX platform.
- Learn the needs of Sam’s Club merchants and manufacturers to help assist solving their business needs.
- Help build scalable business solutions to influence business needs using Circana datasets on Circana’s Unify user interface.
- Organize data into stories and recommendations based on client short and long-term needs using best-in-industry Circana UX tools like Audience Builder and Genius Script
- Work as part of a high-performing team to deliver continual process improvements for clients and Circana.
- Assist with ad hoc content delivery for client to continually lift client satisfaction.
- Promote the use of the latest Circana innovations and improvements to help drive client business growth.
- Support meeting team revenue goals promoting the potential of Circana products and data sets and ensuring their high-quality service delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvement and best practice sharing opportunities.
- Lead client training initiatives on Circana platform & tools to aid self-service usage.
- Lead client account issue resolution and communicate resolutions and explanations where appropriate.
- Establish and track critical metrics to measure progress against quality initiatives.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of Analytical experience - Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), General Merchandise (GM) or Retail knowledge a plus but not required.
- Has worked with various types of datasets through business applications and manual manipulation, with Python, R, or C exposure a strong plus. Prior experience with Circana Unify application a plus but not mandatory.
- Advanced skills MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with syndicated POS data, supply chain data or frequent shopper data is beneficial.
- Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines.
- Superior analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- High level of initiative required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $47K to $70K.

Salary : $47,000 - $70,000
