What will you be doing?
You will be working with a leading global convenience channel retailer, analyzing and delivering insights with a focus on loyalty, point-of-sale (POS) data and external channel data. You will dig into data, organize it, identify opportunities and provide recommendations based on the short- and long-term needs of the client.
Location: This will be a hybrid position, with a minimum of up to 3 days per week required on-site at the client’s office in the Irving, Texas Area.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive value for the client by analyzing data, trends and providing meaningful insights
- Become subject-matter-expert in assigned areas or contracted solutions
- Interact and collaborate day-to-day with internal and client teams
- Facilitate issue resolution for deliverables in area(s) of responsibility
- Train client as needed on Circana platform & tools
- Identify process improvement opportunities and best practice sharing
- Utilize creativity and client knowledge in identifying new techniques and processes
Requirements
- 1-3 years of analytical experience – Retail knowledge/experience preferred. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) knowledge a plus
- Proficiency in working with syndicated data solutions (loyalty, point-of-sale/POS, consumer panel data, etc.) such as Circana preferred
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines
- High level of initiative and collaboration required
- Solid project management, time management, critical thinking and process skills
- Capability to engage with clients in a consultative manner while solving and managing content deliverables.
- Ability to translate data and analysis into meaningful insights and presentations
- Intermediate experience with basic business applications Excel, PowerPoint

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $47K to $80K.
