We are seeking a motivated Counter Person to join our team at Circle Hyundai Chevrolet. Located in a dynamic automotive environment, this role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations at our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle sales and services.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in order fulfillment.
• Negotiate terms with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Utilize math skills to ensure accurate pricing and sales calculations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Basic math skills, including retail math, are essential.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
