Circle B Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced, reliable and fun loving veterinary receptionist to join our team! Our Front Office team is the face of the place, so an outgoing personality, a sense of humor, excellent communication and organization skills, as well as a fun-loving, positive attitude are a must. You must be able to multitask, handle difficult clients and situations with patience and compassion, and take ownership of completing tasks without supervision. Circle B Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned, multi-doctor practice located in Katy, TX.
Pay range starts from $15 to $16, depending on experience.
This is a hybrid position and will require some technician experience. This position requires availability to work Monday-Friday and every Saturday from 7:45am-12pm, with an additional day off one day during the week.
Position Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in a Veterinary setting
- Must have some veterinary technician or assistant experience.
- Must be well versed in vaccine schedules and veterinary terminology.
- Must be available to work rotating opening/closing shifts
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Cross training as a vet tech/ assistant a plus but not required.
- Bi-lingual a plus but not required.
- Experience with Ezyvet a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
