About the Role:

Do you want to work in a place where people love coming to work? As our Radiology & Therapy Technician, you’ll play a vital role in the patient onboarding and healing experience.

You’ll be responsible for capturing diagnostic imaging, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and operating advanced healing technologies. This role requires someone who is warm, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others heal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform digital spinal X-rays following safety protocols and positioning standards

• Ensure patients feel comfortable and confident during procedures

• Operate and maintain therapeutic equipment including:

• Shockwave Therapy

• Spinal Decompression

• Class IV Laser Therapy

• Superhuman Protocol: PEMF mat, EWOT, Red Light Therapy

• Guide patients through therapy sessions, tracking their care plan progress

• Maintain accurate records using our notes system (ChiroTouch)

• Keep your area of the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming

Requirements:

• Active Limited Radiology License (or higher)

• 2 years of customer service experience (chiropractic experience preferred)

• Knowledge of basic anatomy/physiology (we provide ongoing training)

• Strong 1:1 communication and leadership skills

• Quick learner with a team-first attitude

• Willingness to occasionally stay beyond scheduled hours if needed

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using software for note taking and documentation

• Genuine passion for helping people heal and feel their best

Location:

On-site at Circle Chiropractic in Sarasota, FL

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM & 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM

• One Friday/month: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• (Some flexibility available if needed)

Compensation:

• Training (first 2 weeks): $22/hour

• Base Pay: $25/hour

• 6-month performance review for potential salary increase incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
