At Circle Creek Therapy, we're a close-knit, family-centered clinic dedicated to helping children and families thrive. Founded by Courtni Doherty, a visionary who wanted to create a one-stop shop for all therapy needs, Circle Creek Therapy offers a comprehensive range of services to support our patients every step of the way. Our mission is to provide everything a child and family might need in one place—whether it’s physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or behavioral health services.

What You’ll Do:

• Assess and create personalized treatment plans that help kids and families achieve meaningful, everyday goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapy to enhance functional skills, independence, and overall daily living activities.

• Work hand-in-hand with our talented team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.

• Teach families home exercises and adaptive strategies to support their child’s progress at home.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation to track each patient’s journey.

• Collaborate with our OTAs to make sure every patient gets the best care possible.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• An active Washington State Occupational Therapy license.

• CPR Certification (safety first!).

• Strong communication skills—because working together as a team and connecting with families is key to our success.
