Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and customer service, with the ability to engage customers and drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an inviting shopping experience while ensuring that store operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, Placing Custom Orders, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Art of Text Message Selling and use it everyday with dozens of leads per day.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
• Operate multiple websites and sales tools and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Work leads and convert shoppers into buyers using the Art of Text Message Selling.
• Using our elaborate CRM to mine data.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
• Become a trailer expert and advise customers on what they need to solve their hauling problems.

Requirements

• Commitment.
• Proficiency in CRM managment.
• Strong understanding of retail math and The Art of Text Message Selling.
• Ability to perform product demos effectively, showcasing items to potential buyers.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
• A proactive attitude towards supervising staff and contributing positively to the team environment.
