We're looking for a Cafe Manager to join our growing team and take the lead in daily operations, staff management, customer experience, and maintaining operational excellence. If you're a driven, customer-focused leader with a passion for coffee, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management & Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a dynamic team, including Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Baristas.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work culture while encouraging high performance and professional growth.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and ensure staff is consistently delivering excellent customer service.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure a high-quality, memorable experience for every customer.
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional, timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, including inventory management, product ordering, and ensuring quality standards.
- Implement efficient processes for cafe operations, ensuring profitability while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.
- Vendor & Inventory Management:
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Keep track of inventory levels, and ensure all products are stocked and organized.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle scheduling, payroll, and reporting tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with budgeting and cost control to maintain profitability.
- Brand Representation & Growth:
- Uphold Circle House Coffee's brand values and culture at all times.
- Participate in the growth of the brand, especially as we continue to expand our partnerships with the Miami Dolphins and nationwide retail presence.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within the food and beverage industry (preferably coffee or café experience).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating a welcoming environment.
- Organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management, ordering systems, and budget control.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to contribute to the growth of a local brand with national potential.
