We're looking for a Cafe Manager to join our growing team and take the lead in daily operations, staff management, customer experience, and maintaining operational excellence. If you're a driven, customer-focused leader with a passion for coffee, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management & Leadership:
• Supervise and lead a dynamic team, including Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Baristas.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work culture while encouraging high performance and professional growth.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and ensure staff is consistently delivering excellent customer service.
• Customer Experience:
• Ensure a high-quality, memorable experience for every customer.
• Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional, timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence:
• Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, including inventory management, product ordering, and ensuring quality standards.
• Implement efficient processes for cafe operations, ensuring profitability while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.
• Vendor & Inventory Management:
• Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Keep track of inventory levels, and ensure all products are stocked and organized.
• Administrative Support:
• Handle scheduling, payroll, and reporting tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Brand Representation & Growth:
• Uphold Circle House Coffee's brand values and culture at all times.
• Participate in the growth of the brand, especially as we continue to expand our partnerships with the Miami Dolphins and nationwide retail presence.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within the food and beverage industry (preferably coffee or café experience).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating a welcoming environment.
• Organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of inventory management, ordering systems, and budget control.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to contribute to the growth of a local brand with national potential.
