Position: Customer Support Representative (Experienced)
Location: Burlington, WI
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Salary/Hourly Wage: Commensurate with Experience
Circle, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a qualified and experienced Customer Support Representative (CSR). This position is an in-office, full-time, first-shift role. Due to the responsibilities of this position, remote work is not available.

Position Summary Roles and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Understanding all of Circle, Inc.'s products and their applications, as well as the manufacturing and converting processes and capabilities
- Providing service, support, and satisfaction to the customers of Circle, Inc., both over the phone and through email
- Completing the full sales cycle (fielding customer quotes/inquiries, establishing customer orders and acknowledgements, determining inventory status, delivery requirements, freight estimates, order status tracking, and resolving any customer issues upon order completion)
- Analyzing problems and implementing solutions
- Creating, organizing, updating, and maintaining pertinent customer and order information in both hard files and electronically
- Providing support to Sales Representatives as needed to aid in accuracy and timeliness in delivery of information to customers
- Attending daily meetings with other CSR's, production management and shipping/receiving management to communicate pertinent information related to customer orders, scheduling, issues etc.
- Updating other CSR's and Sales Representatives on orders, issues, inventory etc. and in turn understanding and retaining updates given by those individuals as they relate to your position
- Cross-Train in other areas of the office, allowing company flexibility and backfilling to occur as needed
Minimum Requirements Qualified candidates for this position must be 18 or older, legally employable in the United States, and:
- Have earned an Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred but not necessary)
- Have 5 continuous year's experience in a similar CSR role (experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not necessary)
- Have a positive attitude w/ a sense of urgency in completion of tasks without compromising accuracy
- Possess the ability to effectively multitask, and have both outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Possess the ability to follow a process while analyzing ways to potentially improve upon the process
- Present themselves both tactfully and professionally in a business setting, even in events of conflict
- Possess the ability to effectively utilize a calculator with all units of measure, including whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and percentages
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word with a solid understanding of how to utilize Microsoft Excel
- Possess the ability to problem solve and apply common sense when carrying out both written and oral instructions
- Prioritize well when multiple variables arise without holding fear of seeking guidance
- Meet the physical requirements while performing the position, including regularly transitions between sitting, standing, typing, walking, reaching, kneeling, and lifting/moving up to 20lbs
