About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading shifts, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience
- Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions
- Work with our food program and maintain store appearance
- Lead shifts and gain entry-level management experience
- Interact with customers daily and work with a fun, energetic team
Requirements:
- Retail and customer service experience
- Entry-level management experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Motivation to advance in your career
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
