Lead Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing daily tasks, and leading a team of employees.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, running the register, and making purchase suggestions.
- Lead shifts on a regular basis and gain entry-level management experience.
- Work in various areas of the store to maintain high standards for appearance and provide fast and friendly service to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Run the register and process transactions accurately.
- Make purchase suggestions and upsell products.
- Work with the food program and participate in inventory management.
- Lead shifts and supervise a team of employees.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Retail and customer service experience preferred.
- Leadership and supervision experience a plus.
