Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales goals, including promoting products and services, and providing sales support as needed.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and customer-focused attitude, and promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining store inventory.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
