Financial Analyst: This role will be supporting the Midwest Business Unit
Columbus, IN.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis. This role involves working closely with senior management and field teams to deliver actionable insights and drive key financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the Annual Operating Budget process
- Provide Ad Hoc Reports to Field Management Team on operational performance.
- Prepare Financial Reports, analyze results, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Manage Quarterly Bonus Calculations
- Produce Periodic Scorecards for store, market, regional, and divisional performance.
- Develop Investment Cases for projects, analyzing capital expenditure proposals.
- Support AFE decisions and recommend financial strategies for new projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or strategic planning. Experience in Convenience Retailing preferred.
- Proficient in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and experience with large datasets.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
