Senior Product Manager, Digital Experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and lead the strategic direction for the Digital Experience portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Develop, maintain, and refine product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives to maximize impact and return on investment.
- Team Leadership & Management: Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the product team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Align teams around shared goals and ensure clear communication of the product vision.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, to ensure alignment on product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities. Communicate product plans, progress, and results effectively across the organization.
- Product Performance: Oversee the measurement and analysis of product performance, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and optimize product outcomes. Ensure that all products under your portfolio deliver high value to both the business and the end-users.
- Innovation & Growth: Drive innovation within the product portfolio, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion. Stay informed about market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to keep products competitive and forward-looking.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Significant experience in product management w/ 5-7 years, including a proven track record of managing and delivering successful products. Prior experience managing a team of product managers or leading cross-functional teams is essential.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of product strategy, with the ability to define and execute a strategic vision for multiple products. Strong decision-making skills, particularly in prioritizing product initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product strategies and decisions to a variety of audiences, including executives and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing product performance data and using insights to drive product decisions and improvements. Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver products that meet both user needs and business goals.
