We're seeking an experienced Lead Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of recruiters focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier sales talent across the U.S. You’ll report directly to the VP of Human Resources and play a key role in scaling our sales organization to meet growing demand.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to exceed hiring goals
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for high-volume sales roles nationwide
- Partner with department leaders, management, and C-suite Executives to understand staffing needs and create proactive recruiting strategies
- Analyze hiring metrics and continuously optimize the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through sourcing, networking, and innovative outreach
- Enhance employer branding efforts to attract top talent
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with HR leadership to align recruiting efforts with company growth initiatives
What You Bring
- 5 years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or sales-driven environments
- Proven success in leading and developing recruiting teams
- Experience hiring for sales roles across multiple markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for process improvement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation is a plus
