Branch Manager
Circle Logistics is one of the fastest-growing 3PL / Transportation Service Providers in the US. Our success is attributable to the many dedicated team members we have today. We plan to open new Branch Offices in several U.S. Markets, and were seeking highly motivated professionals with proven track records and a thirst for success! Our Branch Offices are company-owned and operated and supported by our Corporate Office in Fort Wayne Indiana. Please note that this role starts out as a Cradle to Grave role until a book of business is built and additional team members are needed.
Responsibilities Include :
- Overseeing all administrative, operational and sales functions of the branch
- Managing operations to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded
- Overseeing HR administration including performance and staffing
- Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
- Maintaining responsibility of branch P&L and providing monthly performance updates
- Developing new business and achieving financial goals, with guidance from the leadership team
- Performing additional duties as assigned
