Senior 3PL Freight Broker – Fort Wayne, IN (Relocation Offered)

Circle Logistics is seeking experienced Senior 3PL Freight Brokerage talent to join our Fort Wayne, Indiana Headquarters . We are looking for driven professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in either customer / account management or carrier / coverage.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in either customer / account management or carrier / coverage within a 3PL freight brokerage environment.

Proven ability to track loads and maintain complete ownership of a personal book of business.

Proficiency in TMS software , at least one CRM tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), and Macropoint tracking software.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with both shippers and carriers.

A proactive and competitive mindset with a willingness to make outbound calls / emails to grow revenue.

Relocation to Fort Wayne, IN or willingness to travel as needed (relocation bonuses available for top talent).
