DESCRIPTION
This permanent-remote role is an integral part of delivering on our mission’s promise for a delightful patient experience by using our proprietary technology stack. Your role is to provide clinical support to our in-office and telemedicine providers as well as on-call coverage for video visits. This role will also provide clinical support to our patient care coordinators and laboratory technicians.
Your medical knowledge and clinical judgment will be of the utmost importance in ensuring excellent patient health care.

- Address patients’ clinical concerns via chat, or if indicated via video visit or phone call (symptom reporting, medication refills, lab clarification).
- Address critical lab/imaging results with patients via chat or video visits.
- Re-route medications to pharmacies as needed.
- Assist with clinical operational tasks such as referrals, lab/imaging orders, provider letters, and medical forms.
- Serve as a clinical resource and professional role model for other telemedicine staff and support newly hired telemedicine providers.
- Provide direct patient care via video.
- Reduce conflict and increase patient satisfaction whenever possible through timely response to patient phone calls, chats and tasks.
- Conduct medical chart reviews.
- Maintain accurate, clear and concise progress notes, problem lists, and medication lists.
- Provide patient education regarding disease processes, therapies and healthful behaviors via chat and/or over video.
- Communicate appropriately and tactfully with staff, consultants, patients, significant others, and community.
- Participate in staff, planning, in-service, and other meetings as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Board Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience
- Prefer prior telemedicine experience
- Hold multiple state licenses (including CA, NJ, NY, FL, TX) and eligible to obtain additional licenses
- Active DEA in good standing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite or related software

COMPENSATION
In alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent salaries based on merit-based output levels, and our total rewards include equity options.
This is a full-time, salaried exempt position with an annual compensation range of $103,680 to $129,600 plus generous vacation, full health benefits, and 401K with company matching.
