Personal Care Attendant/Caregiver – Circle of Care, St. Louis
At Circle of Care, St. Louis, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults and adults with disabilities through compassionate in-home care. Our services support individuals who need help with daily living and instrumental daily living activities (IADLs), helping them maintain their independence and stay engaged in their communities.
Position Overview:
We are looking for caring, dependable, and skilled Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them live independently and with dignity.
What We Offer:
- Starting Pay:
- $16.00 per hour (for Personal Care Attendants with less than 6 months of verifiable experience).
- $16.50 per hour (with 1 year of verifiable experience).
- $17.00 per hour (with CNA and 2 years of experience).
- $18.00 per hour (for Licensed Practical Nurses).
- $250 Sign-On Bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry.
- Support clients in achieving greater independence and quality of life in their homes.
- Ensure clients' safety and well-being by following care plans and documenting any changes or concerns.
- Maintain a respectful and compassionate relationship with clients and their families.
- Provide status reports to management and support coordination of care.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: CNA or LPN credential.
- Required: At least 6 months of verifiable experience caring for a child or others (including caregiving, childcare, or related experience).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work 2 weekends per month.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance.
- Ability to travel throughout St. Louis City and County.
- Must be able to sit, bend, and lift to 35 pounds.
