What are the responsibilities and job description for the RFA Contract Manager position at Circle of Care?
At Circle of Care, Inc., we're on a mission to spread Christian help, healing, and hope across Oklahoma. We're on the lookout for a RFA Contract Manager. The RFA Contract Manager is responsible for the timely process of the assignment and submission of home studies for all parties and agencies that Circle of Care holds a Resource Family Assessment (RFA) contract.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
â Oversees resource family assessments (RFA) according to the policy of Oklahoma Department of
Human Services (OKDHS).
â Acts as a liaison between OKDHS and Independent Contractors.
â Update staff and Independent Contractors on any changes in the RFA contract or process.
â Maintain the contract’s time frame in the assignment, completion, review and submission of referred home studies.
â Tracks the timeline for home study completion from the time it is assigned to submission.
â Provides feedback to Independent Contractors if issues arise with OKDHS.
â Processes subcontractor invoices at the completion of home studies.
â Provides Independent Contractors with all documents needed to subcontract with Circle of Care, as well as, connect the individual to the initial RFA Home Study Training.
â Complete pre-work and post-work training with new Independent Contractors in accordance with OKDHS policy.
â Attends RFA contractor meetings on behalf of Circle of Care.
â Monitors Independent Contractor’ participation and attendance at trainings required by OKDHS.
â Performs all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, Circle of Care policy, and Counsel on Accreditation (COA) standards.

â Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel with the ability to learn additional software.
â Have a working knowledge of business finance and accounts receivable.
â Capable of lifting heavy objects of up to 20 pounds and walking up and down stairs.
â Desire to work in a social service setting

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
â Must be at least 21 years of age
â Must have a minimum of 2 years home study writing experience
â Education: Bachelor’s Degree required with 2 years of social service experience
â Pass a thorough background check (including fingerprinting), Department of Transportation check, pre-employment physical, drug test as required by Department of Human Services
â Possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and a good driving record

Salary : $45,000 - $48,000
