EEC Certified Toddler Teacher

Circle of Friends Preschool and Children's Center, located in Framingham, is seeking a certified Teacher or Lead Teacher for our Toddler classroom. Known for being a high-quality program with teacher longevity, Circle of Friends is a private, non-profit early childhood center. With a staff of 30 dedicated professional teachers, many of whom have been with the program for 10 years or more, Circle of Friends provides child-centered care and preschool education for children 2 months through 5 years. Circle of Friends is well known for its committed, exceptional, and caring teachers.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, warm and experienced Full Time EEC Certified Toddler Teacher or Lead Teacher. The successful candidate will work cooperatively with the Lead Teacher to implement curriculum, provide input regarding children's needs and developmental goals, and offer ideas to continually enhance the environment.

Qualifications:

• Certified EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher/Lead Teacher Certification
• 3 or more years experience preferred
• Enjoys teaching and nurturing children
• Able to communicate professionally with colleagues and parents
• Have the ability to understand young children
• Flexible, team player and has a good sense of humor

The program is open between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm and teachers are scheduled to work generally 8 hours during those hours. Weekly hours may vary slightly depending on the needs of the program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
