Circle of Life is growing and we’re looking for a Prior Authorization Coordinator to join our corporate office in Shoreview. Circle of Life is a leading home care agency serving 6 states. The Prior Authorization Coordinator is responsible for working with the billing department and branch offices to manage the reassessment process, including monitoring the status of requested service authorizations.

Position Duties Include
- Assist with organization-wide eligibility process
- Manage process for submitting and tracking all requests for reassessments
- Assist with follow-up on re-authorizations or pending authorizations as needed
- Document all follow-up activities and communication with branch offices on status and changes
- Perform daily / weekly eligibility checks for clientele. Document all activities and communicate with branch offices on status and changes
- Provide backup to billing department as needed
Qualifications
Qualified applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to meet deadlines and strong organizational skills (attention to detail). Prior healthcare experience is a plus.
