Requirements: 5 years related experience and/or training; prior healthcare chaplaincy experience required. Exceptional listening skills. Knowledge of death, dying and bereavement preferred, as well as experience with end of life issues and hospice services. Able to work with individuals as well as a commitment to organizational goals; knowledge of proper English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation; time management. Must be able to read, write and communicate face to face and by phone effectively in English. Requires computer skills. Prior experience using electronic health systems preferred. Valid driver's license, personal auto and current auto liability insurance. Satisfactory results from current TB test.
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited institution preferred. At least three units of CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education) required with the intent to complete all four units for certification.
