Job Summary:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood education/child development with one-year experience in direct children’s services or possess a baccalaureate degree in psychology, social work, early childhood education/ child development or a related field with a minimum of three years’ experience in direct children’s services.
Responsibilities:
Provide services to the children of residents at Circle Park Behavioral Health's Women's Center, an inpatient alcohol and drug treatment facility. Conduct screenings on children, provide enrichment and activities for children, communicate with parents about child development, provide required regulatory documentation. Provides support to the development of life skills with residents and their children in a confidential setting by assisting with activities, educational classes, health and safety procedures, and transport residents as needed. Weekend rotations required.
Salary range - $38,000 - $42,000 per year
First year employees receive, per year, 12 days of paid time off, 10 days of sick leave, and 13 paid holidays throughout the year.
