Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant
Circle Therapy is an outpatient / home-based pediatric therapy practice that provides OT for children of all ages in their home, daycare or other natural environments. Our motto is "Your Child, Your Family, Your Home, Your Clinic" and we are focused on building a practice that provides creative, family centered occupational therapy interventions. Ideally, therapists are interested in all areas of child development and working with children of all ages. While my practice addresses any area of developmental concern that may arise affecting childhood occupations, a strong interest in learning about oral motor / feeding and sensory processing is ideal for the children and families we work with.
Mentorship is one of our strong values and we offer training, weekly mentorship meetings, and bi-monthly supervision / clinical meetings time for occupational therapists and assistants on an ongoing basis. It is important that the therapists who join our team is supported well and that we form a collaborative and cohesive team in the delivery of therapy services. Our goal in hiring is to grow with therapists who share our cultural, values and ethics in the delivery of pediatric OT services, so that these relationships can span into long term joyful careers. Position details:
Lexington, NC- FULL TIME OTA position

- Monday-Thursday or Monday - Friday schedule options
- W-2 employee status, hourly position

Work experience:
- none required, pediatric experience preferred
Education:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from accredited college
Licensure:
- NCBOT- required
- NBCOT- required
