Circle is seeking a dedicated Hospitality & Operations Specialist to join their team in New York City. This full-time, on-site role requires an experienced professional who excels at hosting and welcoming high-profile individuals with high integrity and discretion. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of global etiquette and customs, allowing them to serve as a polished, formal host. Additionally, the & Operations Specialist will support the programming and execution of the space, while partnering with the Events and Executive Operations teams to ensure success in day-to-day activities and special events. Key responsibilities include ensuring VIP guest comfort and satisfaction, and providing attentive, premium service at all times.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range
$90,000 - $120,000

What You'll Work On
- Execute the overall visitor experience from arrival to departure
- Assist in greeting and welcoming high-profile VIP guests with exceptional hospitality
- Ensure the comfort and satisfaction of VIP guests during their visits
- Maintain the building's formal and aesthetic standards
- Build relationships and communicate effectively cross functionally to assist in successful programming of the space
- Coordinate with the wider team to oversee the day-to-day events and activities and resolve any and all scheduling conflicts
- Work closely with the workplace experience team members to ensure seamless operations
- Demonstrate an understanding of global etiquette and customs to provide tailored service
- Build strong relationships with guests to anticipate their needs and preferences
- Drive continuous improvements to enhance the overall concierge service offering
- Maintain process for day-to-day management of space and event day needs
- General office coordination and maintenance: inventory and supply orders, cleaning, mail management, etc.

- 4 years of experience in a similar high-touch, hospitality-focused role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse, high-profile individuals
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, as needed
- Expected to be present in the office 5 days a week (Financial District NYC)
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and address the needs of VIP guests
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle any issues that may arise
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, and high-profile visits
- Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially those common among Circle's global clientele is preferred
- Thorough understanding of global etiquette, customs, and cultural nuances is preferred
- Experience/familiarity with Tripleseat, Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite is preferred
