As a key member of Circle’s Alliance Program team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our global go-to-market partnership strategy. You will serve as a first point of contact for prospective partners, supporting the growth of the Alliance Program through strategic engagement, onboarding, and relationship management. You’ll work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and ensure partner success within the USDC ecosystem.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range
$81,000 - $109,000

What You’ll Work On
- Supporting the engagement and operational growth of Circle’s global Alliance Program
- Engaging with businesses exploring Circle’s product suite and partnership opportunities
- Qualifying inbound partner interest and routing opportunities to appropriate stakeholders
- Presenting Circle’s offerings clearly and effectively across meetings, demos, and events
- Facilitating onboarding and activation of new Alliance Program members through hands-on support
- Managing multiple partner relationships in a high-volume, high-impact environment
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal to support partnership success
- 2 years in a customer-facing or partner-facing role with proven success in qualification or onboarding
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partner interactions and prioritize effectively
- Deep curiosity and a thoughtful approach to understanding partner needs and business models
- Interest in the future of global payments and/or experience in fintech or crypto
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and MacOS
- Self-starter attitude with a passion for building from zero to one
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environment
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a strong track record in qualification and communication
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Demonstrated curiosity and a desire to understand business strategies and partner needs
- Ability to engage in high-level conversations with stakeholders across organizational levels
- Proactive approach to pipeline management with strong follow-up and tracking habits
- Comfortable using data to guide decisions and optimize outreach efforts
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, and social platforms such as X (Twitter), Telegram, LinkedIn, and Discord
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and prompt development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining a results-driven mindset
- Experience generating demand through social platforms like X and LinkedIn
- Developed understanding of the on-chain payments and stablecoin ecosystem
- Multilingual capabilities and experience working in web3 or fintech within emerging markets
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
