What You’ll Be Responsible For

Circle is looking for a Product Manager to lead the build out of our liquidity infrastructure that will power the seamless movement of money between fiat and crypto around the world. The Liquidity team delivers the infrastructure that allows all of our stablecoin products to have instant, low cost access globally. This is a great opportunity to build part of a core money movement layer that is used by all of Circle’s products and customers. You will work closely with our finance, accounting, data and engineering teams, as well as a wider set of cross-functional teams to build scalable and robust financial infrastructure for our stablecoins that enables Circle to continue to be the most trusted stablecoin issuer in the world and allows our teams to operate more efficiently as we expand globally.

We are seeking someone with a demonstrated history of launching complex financial technology products around reconciliation, treasury management, and ERP integrations; owning and managing large, complex program areas; and engaging with cross-functional teams, and numerous stakeholders. The ideal candidate has extensive experience building and working through financial transformation programs, and delivering scalable, automated solutions to unlock product velocity through the organization.

What You'll Work On

• Owning product vision, feature set, and roadmap. You will conceive, build and maintain product, platform and features that deliver on our promise of issuing the most transparent and trustworthy stablecoins.
• Collaborating with various teams across Circle, understanding customer and internal pain points and discussing new product ideas, communicating product vision, strategy and roadmaps, and gaining alignment as well as unblocking progress.
• Identifying risks to the business and preparing mitigation plans using tools, alerts and dashboards to surface them to internal stakeholders.
• Working closely with engineering, data and finance teams to build automated and scalable financial processes to validate our money movements.
• Interacting with multiple product teams to deeply understand their products and fund flows, and translating their flows into product requirements for our treasury and accounting systems.
• Managing multiple parallel projects and iterations alongside engineering, and ensuring the delivery of feature releases.
• Identifying and prioritizing product and process improvements that make our internal teams move faster and unlock business velocity.

What You’ll Bring To Circle

Principal Product Manager

• You have more than 10 years of product management experience, having evolved product portfolios that have attracted meaningful customer adoption and generated significant revenue.
• You have owned product strategy for complex financial products. You have experience identifying and managing risks associated with products you own.
• You have mentored other product managers in the past. You have demonstrated experience influencing partners and executives in order to achieve results.
• You have previous domain expertise in accounting, reconciliation, treasury management or other financial systems use cases. Ideally you have previous technical experience with building products for financial transformation teams on a global scale.
• You are tremendously excited by the prospect of financial services built on crypto assets and public blockchain infrastructure.
• You are detail-oriented, highly analytical and comfortable digging into data.
• You have led several complex product initiatives from beginning to end. You have successfully maintained and grown products which generated/impacted material revenue.
• You are a fantastic communicator both verbally and in writing. You are used to effectively interfacing with customers and executives, as well as cross-functional stakeholders. You can influence partners and get to consensus.
• You’re able to work effectively in a fully remote environment with teams spanning multiple time-zones. You have experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $187,500 - $240,000
