Senior Operations Analyst - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information and oversight into assigned projects and processes.
- Work closely with supply chain, planning, sales, operations, and product management to consolidate information and provide business insights to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify trends, research root causes, and corrective actions for negative deviations, as well as formalize positive deviations into repeatable process outcomes.
Duties:
- Provide reports and action plans outlining risks and opportunities found within EAC reviews to General Manager, Finance Director, Commercial lead, and Operations lead.
- Collaborate with the commercial team during quotation processes to ensure quantifiable historical data is reflected in future business opportunities.
- Support CIRCOR Operating System (COS) data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Lead the preparation of monthly business review (MBR) deck for operations topics and integrate with HR and Finance content to build comprehensive and standardized reporting.
- Support senior leadership in research and data needs as requested.
Requirements:
- Outstanding data-centric computer skills, including spreadsheets, data/trend analytics, ERP data mining, etc.
- Prior experience with scheduling, planning, finance, inventory management, and procurement preferred.
- A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Management, Operations, or related field.
- Experience in data analytics and financial acumen required.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales, planning, data analytics, or operations roles.
