Circor is seeking a Senior Planner to coordinate product flow through the complete supply chain, including outside services. As a key member of our team, you will manage dynamic ordering processing, convert sales demand into shop orders and purchase requisitions, and ensure timely customer delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Run daily dynamic ordering processing, converting sales demand into purchase requisitions and directing Planners on shop order release.
- Directly manage all outside service suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials.
- Review Engineering Change Orders and take appropriate actions impacting purchasing, planning, and scheduling functions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting product flow and customer delivery.
- Establish priorities and direct the Kitter and Stock Keeper to facilitate and optimize material flow to operations.
- Execute the cycle count program.
- Participate in daily Gemba and production meetings.
- Assist in data analysis and maintenance in the ERP system for planning parameters.
- Develop and manage a process for negotiating supply commitments to customer demands.
- Collect documentation required for customer sales orders.
- Implement lean principles in the workplace.
