Member Services Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive experience for all members. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Process member transactions accurately, including cash handling and financial services.
• Utilize customer relationship management tools to maintain member records and track interactions.
• Assist in loan origination and processing, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Perform basic math calculations to facilitate transactions and provide financial information.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve member satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash management and cash handling procedures is essential.
• Knowledge of financial sales processes and loan processing is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic math, retail math, and 10 key typing skills is required.
• Experience with customer relationship management systems is advantageous.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the financial services sector.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
