Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is a 365-entertainment destination for world-class events located in Austin, TX. The sports and entertainment portfolio at COTA is unmatched in the country with Formula 1 US Grand Prix, NASCAR and MotoGP attracting global fans during championship races on the famed Circuit and Live Nation producing over 30 headline concerts every year at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater. Job Description:
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests while assisting with reservations, guest inquiries, and park operations. Your duties will include greeting guests, answering questions, performing light maintenance, and ensuring the park is clean and welcoming. You will also help promote recreation activities to guests and assist with event coordination. While this is a part-time position, there may be occasions where you will be required to work additional hours during peak times and special events. On these dates, you may take on additional responsibilities as a Zone Manager, overseeing specific areas of the park and working closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth event operations. Additionally, this is a fully on-site, part-time role.

Requirements:Requirements & Essential Functions:
- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and offer helpful information about park amenities, local attractions, and activities.
- Address guest concerns and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle reservations through phone calls, emails, and online systems, maintaining accurate records.
- Process payments and issue receipts, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Assist with cleaning common areas, restrooms, and other spaces to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests.
- Assist with setting up, coordinating, and executing park events and recreational programs.
- Monitor park for safety and security, ensuring all rules and regulations are followed.
- Assist guests with parking, provide directions, and perform routine safety checks around the park.
- Respond to emergencies or guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with late-night check-ins or other after-hours duties as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- You will be required to work part-time hours on-site
Zone Manager Responsibilities (During Events):
- During special events, take on the role of Zone Manager, overseeing specific areas within the park.
- Ensure guest safety, enforce park rules, and address any operational issues.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of events and to make adjustments as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Highschool diploma or GED Equivalent REQUIRED
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination is preferred.
- Experience in outdoor recreation or RV park operations is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic maintenance skills, with the ability to perform light repairs and upkeep.
- Comfort with using computers, reservation systems, and social media.
Physical Demand Requirements & Work Environment:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Comfort with working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons and special events.
