Job Description:
- Represent the box office for motorsports events and concerts
- Handle Will-Call window procedures and other related duties assigned by supervisor
- Assist customers with general venue information (i.e. event availability, pricing, seat selection, scheduling, parking).
- Help patrons find their mobile tickets and resolve issues with ticketing supervisors
- Process ticket payments
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- This position is seasonal part-time.
Requirements:
- Computer skills: comfortable using web-based customer service software and mouse control at a fast pace
- Ability to work well with different personalities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under stress while maintaining a positive attitude
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by events
- Must be willing to undergo background and drug tests
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Stand, sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms
- Lift/move up to 25 pounds
- Squat, bend, twist, push/pull
- Stand/walk for long periods
- Moderate noise levels during events
