Job Description
- Represent Circuit of The Americas at the box office and handle ticket sales
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding events, tickets, and venue operations
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of events and activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or sales highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with diverse groups of people
