As a Lead engineer, you will be responsible for all areas of Hardware design, leading a small team of Engineers through the development of advanced RF Communications products used in Avionics applications.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the electronics hardware design efforts, making key design decisions and supporting engineers through the product development process.
- Implement engineering best practices to ensure products meet the highest standards for customers and industry requirements.
- Provide leadership to the engineering team, including performance management, appraisals, and promotions.
- Contribute to the hiring and interview process for the engineering team.
