- Conduct US benefits compliance.
- Auditing employee files.
- Review and update safety procedures, SOP, Safety manuals.

- Coordinate’s implementation of services, policies, and program, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
- Assists with and helps coordinate Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
- Facilitate policy development and documentation of updates through continuous review of employee handbook.
- Full-cycle recruitment for Circuitronix and Sunair.
- Performance management and improvement systems.
- Updates Human Resource Information System records.
- Oversees employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting.
- Assists with the development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Will be responsible for additional tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
- Minimum of four years HR experience with a manufacturing company.
- Proven knowledge and experience in benefits
- Detail oriented and well organized.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Experience with OSHA and other Safety Standards.
- Working knowledge of various aspects of Human Resources, including, but not limited to group employee benefits, payroll administration, employee relations, legal compliance and regulations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR Information systems, MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience with International Markets (Mexico, China, India, Germany, and Philippines) is a plus
- Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills.
