JOB SUMMARY :

The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for developing and managing the Sky Zone‘s supply chain strategy to ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of goods and services. This role involves overseeing procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution while fostering strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supply Chain Strategy and Leadership :

Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.

Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost savings, and reliability.

Oversee inventory levels to meet production and sales requirements while minimizing costs.

Coordinate logistics operations, including shipping, transportation, and distribution.

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, quality issues, and regulatory non-compliance.

EDUCATION :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

This position requires the ability to remain stationary at a desk for extended periods of time while working on a computer, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation range is $125-$140 k / yr based on qualifications and experience.
