Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills, a good team player, willing to work on the office daily activity if needed or requested. The Staff Coordinator plays a crucial role in keeping an efficient and professional patient- Agency channel of communication as well as a caregiver-Agency communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong social and communications skills and attention to detail. Prior experience in a Home Health Care Agency Environment is highly desirably.
Responsibilities
> Provide height quality customer services.
- Responsible for the coordination and set up of services and schedule. Responsible of keeping a constant , professional and cordial communication channel with patients and staff, provide bilingual support as needed, enhancing communication and understanding.
> Manage and update new data, services and schedules in a timely manner fallowing the health information management standards.
- Answer phone calls if needed, communicate by phone, text message and email with Patients, caregivers and staff, Utilize computerized systems for managing patient data, services and schedule.
- Collaborate with office daily activities as needed or requested.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
> A clean Criminal record is mandatory
- Bilingual, proficiency in English and Spanish.(Mandatory)
- Experience in the Home Healthcare field(office) or similar is a plus.
- Strong background as a team oriented employee with excellent interpersonal skills.(Mandatory)
- Familiarity with computerized systems, particularly (INMYTEAM, HHaExchange, TELLUS, Excell, Word or similar software is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.(Mandatory)
- Ability to establish a protentional and cordial channel of communication by phone in person and or by email with Staff and Patients .
