Reporting to the Plant Manager, this individual will oversee all quality at the plant, focusing on process improvement and working cross-functionally with engineering and operations.Responsibilities : Oversee all plant Quality Systems and develop, implement, and track objectives and processes to ensure all metrics are met.Provide quality characteristics throughout process and product development to ensure all customers' expectations are met.Establish quality control systems using preventative methodology including SPC, Problem-solving, root cause analysis, APQP, PPAP.Define, plan, direct, analyze, and report statistical analysis and capability of product / process features.Mentor, train, and supervise all quality personnel with a vision of Safety and Continuous Improvement.Requirements : Bachelor's degree.5 years of related work experience in quality management / engineering is required.Previous QMS management experience.Previous ISO 9001 regulatory program management.Total Compensation : $130,000 - $150,000.Learn more about Ciresi & Morek through the following link : Ciresi & Morek : The Brand#J-18808-Ljbffr
