Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for Master & Demand Forecast Planning, Purchasing, ERP System Management & Capacity Planning. This is a highly visible, high-impact position where a successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a decisive role in the future success and growth of the organization.Responsibilities : Responsible for all resource planning related to Engineering and Manufacturing, while developing and managing the master schedule through the complete order cycle.Management of managers within the business unit’s supply chain.Synchronize the flow of materials along the entire supply chain, while making decisions on the efficient utilization of internal Production, Engineering, and Supplier capacities.Mentor and lead managers managing areas of the supply chain such as purchasing, planning, and inventory and working with them to handle material and production planning issues.Requirements : Bachelor’s degree required.Experience planning and scheduling in a high mix / high volume environment preferred.5 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain (sourcing / procurement / demand planning / distribution / logistics).Management of ERP systems, preferably Syteline or SAP.#J-18808-Ljbffr
